During this call, an Oxatis representative is going to evaluate your needs and advise you about the different available options: subscription plans, use of tech support, training videos, coaching...

| 3- Train Yourself on the Oxatis E-Commerce Solution |
- To help you get to know your Oxatis administration space (the online tool that will allow you to build and manage your site), we recommend starting out by watching the online training video "Getting to Know the Administration System". The objective of this 1 hour training session is to introduce you to your site's administration space (back office) by taking you through the main steps of creating an E-Commerce site.
You've watched the training video? So you're starting to understand how the Oxatis solution works. Now you can start to configure your site and move on to the next step! - Go to the "Help/Help Center" menu in your administration space. This is the Oxatis online knowledge base where you can find a wealth of information to help you set-up and configure your site.
- You can go even further and use our E-Commerce coaching service! You'll spend an hour and a half with an Oxatis technician for a global evaluation concerning the quality of your site or to go into more detail about a particular subject matter.
